TRADEBE ACQUIRES CURIE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
On April 23rd, 2024, Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC, has acquired Curie Environmental Services, LLC of Albuquerque, NM. The acquired company will retain its name and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tradebe Environmental Services, LLC.
Curie specializes in recycling radioactive materials using a unique mail-back program for ionizing smoke alarms, exit signs, and other recyclable materials. Founded in 2010, the company operates a collection facility in Albuquerque, NM and services clients in all 50 US states and internationally.

Tradebe Environmental Services operates a network of facilities across the US, comprising multiple RCRA Part B TSDF’s, a Type I Industrial Solid Waste Landfill, an oil recycling facility, and regional service centers strategically located throughout the country. Tradebe maintains a dedicated transportation fleet to meet the diverse transport requirements of its clients.
With this acquisition, Tradebe’s service portfolio expands its reach into radiological services and geographically expands its offerings to the western region. Along with these expanded capabilities, Tradebe gains the substantial experience and technical expertise of the Curie team.
